Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes we do, but it's a flat rate depending on weight and State.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it.

Can I return something I bought on-line from your shop?

Of course you can. We do have a Returns Policy (you can view this on our Shipping & Returns page) as some conditions that apply.

Where is your store?

We are located in the heart of High Street Heathcote Victoria - just an 90 minutes from Melbourne and 30 mins from Bendigo.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to Rutherford&Maine. If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received simply return it to us and we will happily offer an exchange or credit note.

(Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the item. However we will refund if the item is unsafe, is significantly different from what was described, or if the item is faulty or damaged. This must be made within 14 days of purchase)

Goods must be returned in a new and unused condition (including original packaging) within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued.

Merchandise must be in a saleable condition. Clothing must have all tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed. The original receipt as proof of purchase is also required.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Rutherford&Maine highly recommends returning the goods with a traceable courier or sign on delivery to ensure arrival.
